HRBP – HR Coordinator (M/F/X)

Your mission is to play a key role in supporting managers and teams. You are a real relay between HR management and operations, with an objective of performance, continuous improvement, commitment and retention of staff.

Roles and responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

  • You are the internal contact for the operational departments for all HR questions;
  • After identifying training needs, you guarantee optimal internal/external deployment (implementation, management, monitoring) within Belourthe;
  • You are the support for the recruitment of new employees (O/E) and you play a key role in their reception and integration within Belourthe;
  • You deploy and follow the annual evaluation processes. You are a support for feedback;
  • You are in charge of the company's internal communication and the deployment of the employer brand (events, onboarding, etc.);
  • You ensure the monitoring and implementation of HR reporting and KPIs;
  • You manage various HR files: monitoring of temporary workers, medical visits, work clothing, various administrative matters, etc.;
  • ou contribute to HR projects: optimization of certain processes, social elections, updating procedures, CSR, etc. .
Your skills

Your essential qualifications :

  • Master's degree in human resources management or related field;
  • Solid experience (5 years minimum) as an HR Coordinator or equivalent role (HRBP);
  • You adopt a practical approach and are attracted by the dynamism of a production environment;
  • You are familiar with the specificities of the food industrial sector (CCP 118 & 220);
  • You have a very good knowledge of Belgian social legislation;
  • You have proven experience in HR project management;
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable with interpersonal relationships;
  • You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.  You have a good knowledge of English;
  • You are recognized for your rigor and your ability to adapt;
  • You are able to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect the confidentiality of data and human resources issues.
