Under the direction of our Technical Manager, we are looking for a candidate to:
• Ensure the availability of production equipment in order to achieve safety, quality and productivity objectives;
• Manage curative and preventive maintenance activities as well as all maintenance technicians;
• Adopt a leadership role with technicians in order to pass on knowledge to them and improve their skills;
• Participate in new equipment integration projects by providing a practical technical vision and with a logic of continuous improvement;
• Ensure good horizontal and vertical maintenance communication.
The candidate must:
• Respect and ensure compliance with instructions relating to safety, the environment and
hygiene;
o Write purchase requests (materials, services, services) for the buyer
technical and evaluate the technical conformities of the offers as far as it is concerned;
o Control the conformity of the services and services of external firms which are
under its responsibility and notify the technical buyer;
o Monitor external service providers in terms of safety, compliance with rules (hygiene
internal, etc.), quality of work and their execution;
o Participate in technical standardization;
• Ensure the proper execution of parts exit procedures from the store (internal or external technicians);
o Establish/manage the daily schedule of maintenance technicians and potential
external service providers in collaboration with the technical preparer;
o Ensure on-site monitoring of maintenance work;
o Provide technical and organizational support to maintenance technicians during their activities ;
o Participate in the development of the Technical Service budget;
o Ensure the safety of maintenance technicians and equipment factory ;
o Be responsible, through technicians, for the proper use of the tool CMMS (GME) in order to develop this system;
o Ensure that all maintenance technicians have the tools necessary and sufficient to carry out their tasks
o Establish effective, constructive and two-way communication with the Technical preparer;
o Notify the quality department of any modification to the design of equipment or process;
o Establish procedures related to its activities and propose improvements related to its activities ;
o Participate in Technical Service meetings, in the coordination meeting daily in partnership with the Technical Preparer.
• You have a minimum A2 diploma – electromechanical orientation or have equivalent proven professional experience (5 years).
• General technical knowledge: electricity, mechanics, regulation, automation, pneumatics, etc.;
• Comfort in team management;

• A hands-on man above all;
• Good knowledge of technical equipment: pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, automation, general mechanics, transmission, conveying, tools, motors, PPE, etc.;

• Basic knowledge of English;
• Easy, fluid and correct written and verbal communication in French;
• Good command of IT tools and Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Sense of priorities, organization and structure;
